Program Overview
The Bin Butler Neighborhood Efficiency Program ("The Family Plan") is designed to reward customers for contributing to high route density. Clusters of ten (10) or more active, participating households within a 0.5-mile radius (typically a 10 to 15-minute walk from your home) who share the same municipal trash and recycling collection day are eligible for the program. Each residence that is part of an active, qualifying Family Plan Cluster is eligible for up to a $30 Quarterly Efficiency Rebate. This service alignment ensures we can optimize our route logistics while passing the savings directly back to your neighborhood.
How it Works
Step 1
Choose Your Plan!
Sign up for our Standard or Premium Residential Service to get started with reliable, professional trash and recycling management.
Step 2
Join or Start Your Family Plan Cluster!
Enter your address and, if you have one, your neighbor’s Cluster ID during sign-up to join their group. If you are the first on your street, you’ll receive your own unique Cluster ID to share with neighbors.
Note: To qualify for the Family Plan, all members of your Cluster must share the same municipal trash and recycling collection day.
Step 3
Reach 10 to Unlock Your Rebate!
Work with your neighbors to grow your Cluster to 10 households. Your progress is tracked automatically, and once your street hits the 10-home goal, all participating members in "Good Standing" earn up to a $30 Quarterly Efficiency Rebate.
